Telephone consultations can be arranged where the Doctor/Practice Nurse will speak to the patient on the telephone.  A telephone consultation can be arranged by contacting the Receptionist.  Please note that the Receptionist has been instructed to record information about the request in order that the Doctor/Practice Nurse can prioritise the phone backs.  You do not have to state this information but this will affect the priority of your return call.  We are unable to guarantee which Doctor will return your call.
