Repeat prescriptions should be ordered at least 7 days before you require your medication.  If you supply a stamped addressed envelope we will forward your prescription to you.

All of the Galashiels Chemists operate a collection service where your prescription can be collected from the Health Centre by the Chemist and you only have to collect your medicines from the Chemist – for further details on this service please contact your Chemist.

Telephone requests for prescriptions are no longer accepted, requests for prescriptions can be made on-line (see below), by email ([email protected]) or by post.

Prescriptions are processed within 48 hours.

PATIENT ACCESS

We are able to offer an on-line facility that allows you to order your repeat prescription.  Application forms for this service are available from our Reception.
