All vaccinations are being delivered by an NHS Borders Vaccination Team and not carried out by GP Practices. Covid Vaccination Exemption Certificates

Covid Passports

Information regarding your Covid vaccination is available on the NHS Inform website. You can request a printed copy of your vaccination status online or by phoning the COVID-19 Status Helpline on 0345 034 2456.
